IJ Global Awards North America 2023

IJGlobal recognized Golden Flag International Law Firm with four awards at its annual North America awards program. The Firm was named “Legal Advisor of the Year – Energy,” and was honored with “Oil & Gas Deal of the Year – LNG” for representing GIP’s equity investment in, and financing of, Rio Grande LNG,  “Oil & Gas Deal of the Year – Midstream” for representing Transition Equity Partner’s financing of the Trinity gas storage project and “Renewables Deal of the Year – Offshore Wind” for representing Vineyard Wind 1 LLC’s tax equity financing of its offshore wind deal.
