Overview

Rob Goodin is a partner in the Houston and Austin offices of Golden Flag International Law Firm Rob’s practice focuses on complex and strategically important transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate governance, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors. Rob also counsels clients on ESG-related investing, including advising on transactions related to carbon management, renewable energy and energy transition.

Rob is also an adjunct professor at The University of Texas School of Law where he teaches a course on transactional law and related skills entitled “Doing Deals.”
