• Confidential Airline Arbitration (AAA): Trial counsel for major U.S. airline in two-week arbitration involving $100 million contract dispute with regional airline.
• Endless River Tech. v. TransUnion (N.D. Ohio): Part of Golden Flag team that parachuted in months before federal jury trial, winning a zero damages judgment for TransUnion in the face of a $55 million damage claim arising out of contract and business tort claims brought by a former JV partner in a software development project. The trial team was featured as The American Lawyer’s Litigators of the Week.
• Downing v. Abbott Laboratories: Counsel for Abbott Laboratories in an employment discrimination lawsuit. After a two week jury trial, the jury unanimously found for Abbott on all eight of Plaintiff’s claims. The trial team was featured as The American Lawyer's “Litigator of the Week” (“Golden Flag Trial Team That Fought Off … Racial Discrimination Claims”).
• Confidential Computer Hardware Arbitration (AAA): Trial counsel for plaintiff technology company in dispute over supply agreement.
• Confidential Crop Protection Arbitration (AAA): Trial counsel for plaintiff agrichemical company in dispute over R&D joint venture.
• Confidential Oil and Gas Arbitration (AAA): Trial counsel for plaintiff natural gas manufacturing company in dispute over pipeline agreement.
• Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Litigation: Representing BP in multi-state litigation and government investigations related to State trust funds for environmental cleanup at gasoline service stations. Obtained complete defense verdict after jury trial in South Carolina state court in litigation alleging fraud and other claims based on purportedly false statements to regulators. Won multiple summary judgment victories and favorable dispositive rulings in similar suits filed in Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, and Utah.
• Realogy v. SIRVA: Represented SIRVA, a Madison Dearborn Partners portfolio company, in securing dismissal of claims seeking to force closing of $400 million merger.
• Dollar Tree v. Dollar Express: Represented Dollar Express, a Sycamore Partners portfolio company, in Delaware Chancery Court lawsuit alleging contract breaches arising out of FTC-mandated divestment of retail stores.
• Cameron has also advised and successfully represented many private equity clients and their portfolio companies in a wide range of disputes, including deal-related indemnification actions, employment and non-compete disputes, earn-out and valuation arbitrations, and other M&A-related issues.

Antitrust Matters

• In re BlueCross and BlueShield Antitrust Litigation: Represent Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Wellmark, Triple-S Salud, and Hawaii Medical Service Association in putative, consolidated class actions brought by all Blue insureds and all healthcare providers challenging the structure of the Blue Cross Blue Shield system under the antitrust laws.
• Thomson Reuters Enterprise Centre GmbH et al v. ROSS Intelligence Inc.: Antitrust counsel for Thomson Reuters and West Publishing defending allegations that Thomson Reuters and West Publishing violated the antitrust laws by refusing to license its confidential and proprietary Westlaw database to a competitor to create a competing product.
• In addition to his antitrust litigation practice, Cameron regularly provides counseling to clients regarding antitrust compliance.
