Alejandro J. García is a corporate associate in the Capital Markets Practice Group in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm. He advises public and private companies, investment banks and private equity firms on securities transactions, including spin-offs, registered offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S and private Section 4(a)(2) offerings, equity and debt tender offers, liability management transactions, acquisition financings and minority investments. His practice also includes advising clients on general securities law and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the London office, Alejandro spent a year in the Firm’s New York office.

Staples Inc., a portfolio company of Sycamore Partners, in connection with its debt refinancing, consisting of, inter alia, (i) a $2.375 billion offering of first lien secured notes, (ii) an approximately $830 million exchange offer for existing unsecured notes and (iii) a $1.6 billion term loan facility.
The underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of SIM Acquisition Corp. I (NASDAQ: SIMAU).
Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) in connection with its:
$13 billion offering of senior notes to finance its acquisitions of Karuna Therapeutics, Inc. and RayzeBio, Inc.
$4.5 billion offering of senior notes to finance its acquisition of Mirati Therapeutics, Inc.
