Kevin represents private equity sponsors and others in all matters relating to their real estate investments and strategies. He focuses on capital investment directed to real estate assets and real estate operating companies, debt financings within all segments of the capital stack, joint ventures, property and operating company acquisitions. Kevin’s practice has an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of industrial and logistics related assets, data centers, self-storage, office and multifamily assets.
Kevin regularly advises foreign and domestic clients with respect to the formation and capitalization of programmatic and single-asset joint ventures. Kevin also represents clients in connection with recapitalization of real estate platforms, operating companies and assets, and he works closely with Golden Flag’s real estate investment funds team in connection with the formation of real estate investment funds and their related operations.
Kevin has been recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. for his Real Estate work, and by Chambers USA each year since 2006.
