Various private equity funds on their capital call facilities, including a European buyout fund on its €1,000 million subscription facility, a European buyout fund on its €350 million term and revolving subscription facility, a European infrastructure fund on its €300 million subscription facility and a European private equity growth fund on its €25 million subscription facility
A US buyout fund on its €200 million continuation fund financing transaction
A European private equity fund on a £50 million revolving GP commitment facility
