Jef Dupont is an associate in the Corporate Team in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm. Jef has advised private equity sponsors such as Apollo, KKR, BC Partners and KPS across numerous jurisdictions and sectors on a wide range of corporate finance transactions.
Following their acquisition, Jef also continues to advise portfolio companies of his private equity clients on follow-on investments, equity and incentive compensation plans for management, joint ventures and carve-out transactions as well as general corporate matters.
