Overview

Mackenzie Drutowski is an ESG & Impact partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Mackenzie advises private equity firms and public and private companies on complex and evolving legal issues relating to ESG, sustainability and impact, including reporting and disclosure, offering and marketing documents, due diligence, regulatory requirements, program development, policies and procedures, investor demands, voluntary frameworks (including the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI)) and other ESG risks and strategic opportunities. This experience includes work on a number of renewable energy and energy transition-focused funds and transactions and counseling on public benefit and diversity-related business certifications. Mackenzie’s ESG & Impact practice builds on her five years of experience working on complex domestic and cross-border transactions in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
