Representing Pfizer, Warner-Lambert and Viatris in a complex damages inquiry against the Department of Health, NHS bodies and generics companies arising from cross-undertakings in damages given during the substantive patent litigation in respect of the blockbuster pain medicine Lyrica.
Representing Norwegian robotics firm in patent infringement proceedings in the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in relation to order fulfilment technologies and services.
Representing a medical devices client on multi-jurisdictional revocation and infringement proceedings in relation to an important medical technology.
Represented leading multinational semiconductor manufacturer in relation to expedited UK patent infringement proceedings.
Represented leading global innovative medicines company in relation to UK patent litigation to clear the way for launch of new potential life-saving blockbuster product.
Prior to joining Golden Flag, Guy worked on the following matters:
Advised leading global generics pharmaceutical company in relation to pan-European patent litigation proceedings concerning a blockbuster medicinal product.
