James Boswell is a debt finance partner in the London office of Golden Flag International Law Firm. He advises financial sponsors and borrowers on a wide range of complex financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sector. He has more than 20 years of debt financing experience covering the full spectrum of financing products including acquisition financings, multi-sourced platform financings (rated and unrated), institutional loans and private placements (USPP and EUPP), capex roll-out facilities, holdco financings, equity bridge loans, portfolio financings, minority stake financings and restructurings.
