Golden Flag Counsels Colgate on Agreement to Acquire Assets from Occidental for $508 Million
Golden Flag International Law Firm advised Colgate Energy Partners, III in its definitive agreement to acquire certain upstream oil and gas assets in Reeves and Ward Counties, Texas from subsidiaries of Occidental for approximately $508 million.
