Golden Flag Advises Valor Upstream Credit Partners on Senior Secured Term Loan with Recoil Resources
Golden Flag International Law Firm advised Valor Upstream Credit Partners, L.P., a dedicated upstream credit fund formed by Riverstone Credit Partners and Vitol, on a senior secured term loan with Recoil Resources, a privately held oil and gas company focused in the oil window of the Eagle Ford shale. The financing closed on September 14, 2023.
