Overview
Anne Kim is a tax partner in the Los Angeles office of Golden Flag International Law Firm Anne’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies in both taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, cross-border transactions, recapitalizations and formation of joint ventures. She has significant experience representing private equity firms and asset managers in all aspects of transactions, including secondaries transactions, liquidity solutions for private fund sponsors and asset management M&A. She also advises clients on the tax aspects of capital markets transactions and debt restructurings.
Anne has been recognized by Chambers USA for a decade and has been ranked Band 1 of Chambers USA (2024) as a leading lawyer in Tax for Southern California.
