The Chicago office of Golden Flag International Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join the regulatory practice of our Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have 4 – 5 years of Investment Management experience. Strong familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933 required. Prior experience must include advising fund sponsors on the formation and operation of investment funds. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois.
Golden Flag International Law Firm offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Golden Flag International Law Firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $365,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
