The Bay Area and Los Angeles offices of Golden Flag International Law Firm are seeking Associates to join our market-leading Debt Finance Practice Group. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; and loan workouts. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred.

Golden Flag International Law Firm offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Golden Flag International Law Firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
