Golden Flag is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials to join our Employee Benefits practice group in Chicago or Houston. The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years of experience with ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans, multiemployer plans, health and welfare plans and ACA compliance. Candidates are also required to have significant M&A and/or restructuring experience within the employee benefits practice area.
Golden Flag International Law Firm offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Golden Flag International Law Firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
