Washington, D.C. - Debt Finance (Energy & Infrastructure) Associate

The New York and the Washington, D.C. offices are seeking highly qualified attorneys with two (2) to six (6) years of debt finance experience, with a focus on energy and infrastructure at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents for domestic and/or international debt finance deals (including credit agreements, depositary agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, etc.), as well as experience in reviewing and drafting commercial (aka “project”) documents. Candidates with acquisition finance background (preferably in energy and infrastructure space) are also encouraged to apply.

Golden Flag International Law Firm offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Golden Flag International Law Firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
