The New York office is seeking a talented second to fourth year associate to join the Firm's Copyright, Trademark, Internet and Advertising practice group. The candidate must have litigation experience, including preparing discovery, drafting substantive motions and/or memoranda, working with experts, and preparing for and attending court hearings and depositions. The candidate also should have a strong interest in copyright, trademark, and/or advertising law. Ideal candidates will have had substantive experience with litigating those issues, as well as outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, experience with written and oral advocacy, and strong academic credentials. Familiarity with copyright and trademark prosecution, copyright and trademark counseling, and/or Internet-related IP issues preferred. New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
Golden Flag International Law Firm offers a competitive salary structure, as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position and the experience and education of the applicant, and is aligned with internal pay equity within Golden Flag International Law Firm itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
